Even though I initially placed the wrong order, the team was incredibly helpful in correcting the issue without any hassle. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the process. The Bon Pergola 10'x10' pergola has been the perfect finishing touch to our completely re-landscaped yard. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and it blends seamlessly with the new design. We absolutely LOVE our pergola. It's hard to express how happy we are with the decision to add it to begin with but more importantly that we chose Bon Pergola. I did months of research between the varying options on the market. Bon Pergola seemed to be the best investment from a "bang for the buck" stand point...and it has not disappointed. The products arrived when expected and immediately you can tell this a high quality manufacturer simply based on the quality in which it is packaged in the factory. I do not believe it would be possible for one of the more expensive options to be better made...this is the way to go.

As well, the service at BP has exceeded all expectations. They were excellent in communicating from before the purchase through the completion of the project. The only recommendation I would make is utilizing them more. They have a number you can call with questions regarding installation...if you have a question, call and they will help. I also recommend having a MINIMUM of 3 people for installation...preferably 4. While 3 is doable...having 4 would cut down SIGNIFICANTLY as 2 can be working to build while the other two are unpacking and moving the pieces. As mentioned...the packaging is incredible to make sure it arrives safely...however, that means unpacking takes time. Help yourself by having the extra hands.

When all is said and done...if you are remotely considering purchasing one...I HIGHLY recommend pulling the trigger and doing so with Bon Pergola. You will not be disappointed.

Our pergola has been a game-changer!
We purchased the 13x19 Villa motorized. It arrived quickly, well packed and protected. I called several times with questions and the team was so helpful and generous! Living near the beach with no shade on our property, the decision to install this pergola extended our living and dining to outdoors, seamlessly. We had it hardwired to provide even more ease. LOVE IT!! Hope to add some accessories in the near future as the sun sets right in our view and we often can get a surprise shower. Would love a shade and a sensor! Thanks Bon Pergola for a quality product!

Good quality product and fair prices. You can get it at 9 ft hight, which was very important to me and other companies didn’t offer this option
