Shipping policy

We are using well known LTL service provider to deliver our pergolas! Please note, not all location are equal. Some are nicer and some are not. 

For Villa Pergola:

Remember to have at least 2 people to unload the boxes to your desired location as the Pergola Boxes could be heavy! You simply have the trucker push the pallet to the end of the truck and cut the strap and wrap around it before you unload box by box. It can be you and your family, contractors, you and the driver ( you could possibly tip him for the service, but please note, not all drivers are equal).

For Weatherproof and any other Custom Pergola:

Remember to have at least 2 people to pry open the wooden crate and unload the boxes to your desired location. 


BEFORE INSTALLATION, PLEASE DOWNLOAD LATEST version of instruction on our website under FAQs > Villa Pergola or Weatherproof pergola Instruction to save you time during installation! You can find video on our website for installation.

IMPORTANT NOTE for receiving your pergola as your pergola can go through 3-8 terminals before it arrives to you:
1. All orders should arrive with a pallet underneath with a strap and clear plastic wrap around the pallet. If not, please be aware. For a DAMAGED / BROKEN box upon arrival, PLEASE WRITE DAMAGE on the bill of lading, so we can process the insurance and get your situation resolved ASAP! (Without doing so, we will not be able to do replacement.)

2. And please KEEP all the broken boxes for exchange or repair.

3. If the damage is significant, please refuse to take the shipment and take pictures, so we can claim on the insurance and send you a replacement asap!

4. You can track the shipment by checking on the freight carrier’s website with the PRO number that seems like a sticker on the bill of lading. 

5. If you want to schedule it, you can either wait for them to call or once you track they are in the nearby warehouse, give them a call to schedule that!
