Villa Pergola - Motorized with Edge Lighting

I love the pergola. It’s made of good quality material and it’s affordable. The downside is the instructions could be a little clearer and some steps are skipped. I installed a side shade and the 2 instruction manuals don’t match up. The good thing is the customer support at Bon Pergola is excellent.

The design is great and we like it very much, we have recommended to many of our friends. But we can't find Bon installation partners in north California, if Bon do have, please let us know.

The price is fantastic. I had gotten a bid for a similar product of the same size and options with a local sunshade company and the bid was over $50k. So getting Bon Pergola for under $10k was almost unbelievable. Easy to assemble, works perfectly. Over the phone and email customer support was excellent and very responsive.

Their customer service is extremely professional and helpful. We had some questions about the sizing/fit before we placed the order. Jack and Jeff are always very patient and responded to us quickly. The pergola is easy to install, very solid and has a modern look. We have received lots of compliments from our friends and our landscaping company. The pergola is high quality and rain proof. It comes with LED lights on 4 main beams of the roof which are super convenient at night. We are very happy with this purchase!

My little fun project. I am handy but I am not young anymore. Thought of this as a cool idea to put everything up myself. End up putting the concrete floor, pergola, screens, and some touch up myself. Totally cool product. Great product to share with. They even had a video call with me to go over some steps that I couldn't get it straighten out. Professional Customer Service team. I will recommend you guys to my neighbors for sure!

Great experience! Not only is the product great, their customer service is fantastic which results in a well rounded end to end experience. The pergola itself is great looking, provides excellent light at night, it's motorized and very quiet. I've looked at various pergolas before buying this one and they were all too short for our space and they didn't have any built in light. This pergola is extremely complete and adds versatility to any space. I've received numerous compliments on the pergola and it turned our patio in a more usable space. Highly recommend not only the product, but the company.

We searched for a solution to cover and screen our back patio for 10 years without any success. We had many contractors come out and look at our space and were told time after time that because the way our roof was configured that building off of it would be impossible. This is because the water would not run off properly with an addition tying into the roofline.

Thank goodness we never gave up and found Bon Pergola! I wanted to make sure we had the feeling of being outside when we sit in our hot tub, but my wife needed our space to be covered and screened because mosquitos love to bite me in the Mississippi summer. The Bon Pergola Villa Wall Mount 13 x 19 Pergola unit fits our patio perfectly. The team at Bon Pergola is very easy to communicate with. They worked with us to verify that the Villa would work for our space prior to ordering. They were just as helpful when we needed their expertise to make sure the project was completed properly, even getting on Facetime with our contractor to discuss a few details.

Great pergola. Delivered on time, nothing was damagedmissed. We installed by ourselves in 1 day, very easy if you read all instructions carefully. Works as expected, we are ready for the summer.

My friend refer me to BON Pergola. I visited the showroom before I made my purchase. I ordered a custom one and it went really smooth and easy. Confirm the sizes, pay the deposit, confirm the final spec and sizes, and pergola comes after 9 weeks. It took my contractor 1.5 days to complete the unload to set up the whole process. There was a non working parts, but I receive the replacement fairly fast. Customer service are also able to guide my contractor through some installation process. Love the experience =)

We ended up gifting the one we got to my parents for Christmas. It turned out great!

We saw our neighbor got this pergola set up, and we ordered one right after we did some research! Finally got the pergola installed. Looks great. Took about 2 people. Works really well. Motorize function and LED lighting works really well. Install is easy. Everything really is great. Really well made. Nice Constructed. I will be ordering the shade soon. You guys done a great job shipping it. It went really easily.

Honestly we have only had this installed for less than a week but it looks great and is made very well. The build process took 2 days but for the price you cannot go wrong.

Jeff is always there to answer any questions. Product is great. A lot of value added into the property. We got 2 of the 13x13 and put them right next to each other to form a large pergola with a very decent saving compare to other pergola company. Thanks again!

We love the pergola! We laid new concrete. Installed the pergola, and then removed the screws above the foot plates so you could slide the foot plate up- and then put the screws back. We put the plates back down over the new tile that was cut around the posts. It looks perfect!

This is a great pergola with beautiful and stylish design. I ordered through wayfair and initially worried about shipping. Jeff is very helpful in answering my concerns and very responsive. The packing and shipping is extraordinary. I hired a local to install and took 3-4 hours to get it done. Over all, nice experience.

We use the installer that BON pergola recommended, and the outcome of this pergola is beyond expected especially on its great layout!

Love the pergola. Took a few hours to put together, but we love the look and the asthetic it brings to our yard. Definitely recommend

Delivery was fast, some damaged happened during transportation, assembly took some time but all parts fit well, but overall we are very happy with our pergola.
