There was a slight mixup in the shipping which took longer than expected but, when I email the company for info on the delivery update they got back to me right away to explain the issue. Also the 2 screen channels I ordered had a slight difference to them so we had to make a slight modification on one of them to be able to finish the install. Otherwise the shipment was packed extremely well with absolutely no damage, and I really love the pergola and its quality. I would highly recommend it.
I have a west facing patio that is useless in the summer sun because it is so hot. I wanted some shade control but I also wanted some rain protection since I live in the pacific northwest and we get a lot of rain. I had a Struxure PNW come out and give me a quote and they quoted over $75k for louvered pergola.That was much more than I was looking to pay. I saw the option at Costco but it was cheaper and wouldn't attach to the side of my house or look like a permanent structure. The 13x19' wall mounted Villa Pergola with shades was the answer to my problem. It was only a fraction of the cost of the quote that I got. It attached to the side of my house and it looked professional and permanent. It was shipped in a very short time and I installed it on my own easily. I did have my son help me lift a few heavy parts. I love it! Our patio went from being useful about 1-2 months a year to being a great outdoor space nearly 12 months a year.
It was easy to order online. But I did have a few questions and I called and they were very helpful over the phone and answered my questions very well and if they weren't available they returned my call promptly. The shipping was relatively fast. I had a short time to put this up before my daughters graduation party so I needed it relatively quickly. There were a couple of parts that were damaged in the shipping and I called and they were shipped out quickly and easily. There was follow up to see that I was satisfied
We love our new pergola! It took about 5 hours with screen would have been quicker if we didn’t have it oriented incorrectly the first run through. We’ve spent about 70% of our waking hours under it because it so darn comfortable! Oh, some folks noted that the integrated light is too dim. I disagree, but that may be because of our night-time use is for dining and get togethers, rather than fine-handwork or reading. We had friends order a Hanso weeks before we ordered this and they are still waiting.
It is difficult to find a reliable company that responds quickly to your questions and stands by their product. Bon Pergola proved to me that they provide both. I cannot express the satisfaction we have with our pergola and the communication that we received from the company. Even after a slight damage to the shade screen (caused by the shipping company not them) they quickly resolved it without any hesitation. The product itself is just incredible and everyone that visits is truly in awe of how beautiful it looks. A+ company and A+ product.

We got the 13x9 freestanding pergola. Great product. Fast shipping. It was packaged really nicely. In total, it took my husband and I about 8 hours to set up. Mostly due to my misinterpreting directions. Excited to enjoy!

We bought the dark gray 10 by 13 freestanding villa pergola with 1 wind resistant screen. My husband and I put it together in about 6 hours. I definitely recommend having a third person available. We are extremely pleased with the quality and are loving have some shade to enjoy being outside.

We purchased 6 of the manual pergola screens. We worked closely with the comonay to ensure that the product was right for it application. The reps were very patient, answering all our questions to ensure we ordered the right product.
The packages shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The install instructions were easy to follow and the install process went smoothly. It took about 3 hours per screen.
The screens look fantastic and have worked well for our pergola. They are wind resistant and once pulled down, have been effective in blocking wind and cold air as well as the heat from the sun.

Extremely satisfied, it brings a good addition to my patio space with 13x13. In past one week we had rains and hot days too in both times I enjoyed having coffee and spending time with family and friends under the pergola by enjoying my backyard view.
I was nervous about gambling thousands of dollars on an internet photo, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. One piece was damaged, but I was able to have it fixed at the local auto body shop (rather than wait) and Bon Pergola reimbursed me for the cost.
