    It first comes with damaged louver and the team troubleshoot twice to make it work perfectly. Customer service was responsive and quick. That is the most important!

    Really nice pergola set up. Very easy to install, extremely high-quality parts. Customer service is great, they will answer any questions you have during and after install. Really good accessories, we added the screen, heater and rain sensor.

    Great customer service. We had issues with one of the shades not being the correct size due to some manufacturing issues. After FaceTiming with customer service we received a new one that fit perfectly. Great quality pergola and looks beautiful.
