    13 x 13 Wall Mount

    Overall very satisfied, customer service was very good and they shipped quickly. No damaged pieces upon delivery, only downside was the instructions on paper were different than the manual online but i eventually figured it out. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a pergola.

    Solid, commercial grade product but even better service

    We had some snafus with delivery, not the fault of Bon Pergola. What I didn't expect was for BP to step up to the plate and at their own expense make sure the delivery happened. Above and beyond a traditional customer service experience, made me feel better about the purchase before it even arrived.

    Eventually, all components of our 13x13 arrived in excellent shape and well packaged. Opening things up, you can really appreciate the thickness of the aluminum and coating....this isn't your Costco pergola. Me and my wife set it up over a couple of evenings, clear instructions. Tip - don't tighten any of the 4 cross member posts until all are connected to make the final fit easier.

    Looks outstanding, solid, runs smoothly. This thing is heavy and although we get some stiff breezes off the lake it really is rock solid.

    It is a big purchase to make online, sight unseen, but we are certainly glad we did. Trust the pics and reviews....will use BP again without hesitation.

    Highest Quality Pergola Available

    We purchased the 13 x 13 Villa Pergola and could not be happier with it. It is made of commercial grade materials and is absolutely beautiful. It is very well engineered, sturdy and well put together. I am 66 years old and my wife and I installed this pergola in three days working about 4 to 6 hours a day. Also, the components are shipped very well packaged in heavy duty cardboard boxes with Styrofoam inside, then the components are shrink wrapped and if that was not enough, the components all have a protective adhesive film on them. Needless to say, everything arrived in perfect condition, no dents or scratches. I would highly recommend Bon Pergola to anyone; it is a great value for the money.

    My Backyard Pergola

    I give BON Pergola a five-star rating for 3 reasons: first the design and the materials are very impressive and strong. The end result after the pergola was installed is of high quality and elegant. Second, the installation is also straightforward and easy to follow. We installed the pergola ourselves, though it took us a while to complete the installation because we needed to customize it to fit into my space. My space is 11ft x 13ft and I bought a 13ft x13ft; customization was a little complicated, but we were able to do it.. Third and perhaps the most important thing about BON pergola is that the personnel are very patient and respectful. From day one until the pergola was delivered and completed they have been very great and outstanding in their customer service. They answered promptly my questions and give advices on how to go about my project. They even send schematics on how to do the project, which I really appreciate. Big thanks especially to Fred and Jack. You really did an awesome job Sirs!
