We have had our pergola now for about 6 months and absolutely love it! It completely transformed our deck to allow it to be a place that we use constantly. With a west facing deck and absolutely no sources of shade the sun was unbearable in the afternoon hours, but now that we have our pergola (combined with the pull down shade - must have!) we can enjoy our deck at any time of the day! With the pull down shade it actually feels like our own private cabana right at home. Another perk I found to the pull down shade is it can function as a projector screen too for outdoor movie nights!
The product is really impressive quality. I was really impressed with even the packaging of our pergola. Everything came packaged very nicely and individually wrapped to protect all of the parts in transit.
My ONLY criticism is that the instructions for the wall mounted version of the Villa pergola could have been a lot better. We had to make some interpretations and guesses when putting some of the pieces together and that just isn’t how you want to feel when putting together something like this. In the end it is doable, but be prepared to troubleshoot. If you just reach out to the Bon Pergola folks though they were more than happy to help with any questions and were quick to reply. In the end, I truly couldn’t be happier with our purchase! I would recommend to anyone!

We visited the show room before we made the purchase. Originally thought of hiring contractor to install the pergola for us. End up install this whole pergola with just two of us! Video was simpe to follow. The one thing the most worth noting is great customer service to begin this project with is the most important thing. Everything was well explained with prompt reply.

Very easy to put together and great quality. Directions were a little difficult but they are fixing that. Jeff literally answered hundreds of annoying questions and was patient, response and kind. It was way more than I wanted to spend but let me tell you this thing is EPIC. Don't waste your money on junk, you get what you pay for and this is a prime example. Thanks to everyone at Bon.

I recently purchased and installed the 13' x 19' villa pergola and couldn't be happier with the new addition to my back yard. This was by far the most cost effective way to create a covered space on my deck and the fact that it can open is a huge bonus. The pergola itself is sleek, modern, and functional. It is also very well built and assembly is straight forward and relatively easy. Communication was stellar during the entire process. Thank you Jeff & Jack for yor prompt responses and excellent customer service. Highly recommend the product, and the company!

Great customer support, and great product ! Jack and Jeff helped me out with my initial questions, during install and respond immediately after i had one of the LED lights not working…. They shipped a new one that arrived couple days after ive sent an email.

Great mix into our outdoor living. Pergola material is thick and heavy. Installation was easy. We had problem with non working power supply. It got resolved quickly and peaceful without headace. Totally recommended!

Jack and the team at Bon Pergola were extremely helpful and attentive in answering all of our questions about our pergola before and after purchasing. The pergola is extremely high quality, sturdy, and the adjustable louvers are a fantastic addition to our patio - keeping us dry when it rains and allowing as much or as little sun as we want. We also purchased the weatherproof shade which was a must-have addition.

Great product and second-to-none world class customer service. I am very pleased with my 13x19 villa pergola with privacy shades. The rain sensor adds a sense of security when you can't remember if you closed the louvers before a rain shower. I'm very impressed with how sturdy and robust the pergola is, it will definitely withstand heavy rain, wind and snow. A special thanks to Jeff and Jack for making sure my backyard pergola wedding went smoothly and without a hitch.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the Bon Pergola. We purchased the 10 x 13 model with extended legs and assembled it ourselves. It’s a great addition to our outdoor space. Our only criticism is the installation instructions need to be fine tuned. If you are installing yourself, be sure to watch the quick video found online first.

We purchased a 13x19 wall mounted white aluminum pergola from bon pergola. Bon pergola was responsive to all of our questions throughout the process of understanding the product and getting it shipped out. We ended up hiring local handymen with experience with pergolas to put it up. It took them two partial days to finish. We ordered the extended legs to get extra height and also to clear our windows as well as four pull-down manual shades to make a mostly enclosed space. The motorized louvers work well and the light looks great. Highly recommended.

I give BON Pergola a five-star rating for 3 reasons: first the design and the materials are very impressive and strong. The end result after the pergola was installed is of high quality and elegant. Second, the installation is also straightforward and easy to follow. We installed the pergola ourselves, though it took us a while to complete the installation because we needed to customize it to fit into my space. My space is 11ft x 13ft and I bought a 13ft x13ft; customization was a little complicated, but we were able to do it.. Third and perhaps the most important thing about BON pergola is that the personnel are very patient and respectful. From day one until the pergola was delivered and completed they have been very great and outstanding in their customer service. They answered promptly my questions and give advices on how to go about my project. They even send schematics on how to do the project, which I really appreciate. Big thanks especially to Fred and Jack. You really did an awesome job Sirs!

We purchased the 13 x 19 Double Bay Pergola, shipping was fast to the Midwest, and easy to unload and place in garage. Jack, at Bon Pergola answered all my questions and was great to work with. My wife and I Love the Pergola! The lights are great and movable louvers operate smoothly. I recommend this pergola and think the pricing is reasonable for the quality. All our neighbors comment how they love it, and wished they would have went this route instead of wood.

I was searching for months for the perfect pergola for my patio. I found Bon Pergola and was impressed by the options they offered, their warranty and the snow and weather loads their pergolas are able to withstand. The pergola arrived very well packaged. I assembled the pergola with the help of a friend over the span of a weekend. My one negative comment is that the directions are not very clear and skip over how a couple of pieces are assembled. I recommend watching the assembly video on their website and reading through the directions several times before beginning. But other than that, assembly was easy. I've had the pergola for a few weeks now, and it has already endured heavy downpours, hail and high winds without any damage. I am very impressed with the pergola and Bon Pergola's customer service has been fantastic.

I searched for over a year to find the perfect back porch solution at a affordable price. My Bon Pergola is amazing. My neighbors are in awe of it. Everyone who sees it thinks I'm a experienced carpenter and contractor. It went together quickly and easily. I need to finish a few things to tie ot all together, but it was usable the day after it arrived. I'll update the pics in a few weeks. I included I before pic.
