    We love our new pergola. Highly recommended.

    Our 20x15 weatherproof Pergola with lighting and heaters is a great addition to our property. It looks amazing, superior quality, very sturdy, and practical for places in Midwest. Truly a product for all seasons. It gives enough shades, it is strong enough for high winds and heavy snowfall plus it is beautifully designed. We get a lot of compliments from everyone.

    The customer service team is outstanding. We had issue with the heater towards the end of the installation process. Jeff and Eric were on top of it. Very responsive, easy to talk to and worked quickly to resolve it. Great reassurance for someone who is doing a big project like this. Can’t ask for more. They truly care.

    There is one minor drawback I wish the kit included, a hub for the remotes. We received 4 remotes,1 for the shades, 1 for the lighting, and 2 for the 2 heaters. Was advised the bond bridge smart system will work if you want to keep them in one control. We will look into this.

    Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend!
